| Beginners: This course is designed for those who wish to master the basic skills of flat icing, using sugar paste and royal icing. You are required to wear appropriate clothing. This course provides the foundation for both the intermediate and advanced programmes.
Intermediate: This course is intended for those who have mastered the basics and wish to broaden their skills with various techniques and methods of decorating cakes. Appropriate clothing required.
Advanced: This course is intended to follow on from both the Basic and Intermediate programmes. There is freedom within the course to experiment and attempt various techniques which you have acquired previously. Appropriate clothing required.
